Sumit Gill is a Kelowna, British Columbia-based artist. A textile major graduate from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, she worked in the home textile industry for a few years before following her own artistic journey. She works with watercolors and gouache drawing inspiration from nature to create her intricate floral designs and textures. She adores the time she spends with her two kitties as well as at the animal shelter where she volunteers. Sumit enjoys putting together elaborate meals from various cultures and when weather permits, hiking and camping.
