Tara Neal is a watercolor and digital artist currently based in the Pacific Northwest. She is inspired by regional folk stories, whimsical landscapes, illustrative studies of nature, and traditional printmaking. Drawing inspiration through travels from the British Isles to the Salish Sea, she creates with a keen eye for detail and a touch of playfulness.
